The Impact You’ll Make
As a Product and Growth Marketer, you will own and drive holistic GTM strategies for features, launches, and our website / platform. You will also lead ongoing user promotional campaigns in close collaboration with the product team. Product marketing at Cabital doesn’t stop once the product goes to market, you will also play an essential role in building effective customer and product feedback loops to continuously improve our products and services.
For this role, not only are you passionate about the evolution of crypto, but you will also play an instrumental part in getting Cabital at the forefront, and showing our users / partners how crypto investing can be done simply, sensibly and without the crazy.

Responsibilities
- Drive Go-to-Market Plans: Create and oversee GTM strategies for product features, launches, and solutions, including the execution of taking these products to market, ensuring they reach the right audience (B2B or B2C) with the right messaging at the right time.
- Be the voice of the customer: Collaborate with our product, growth, tech and support teams to collect insights about our customers and feed this into marketing and product development to ensure we develop the right content and/or solutions that meet the needs of our users.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships: We are a small but energetic team. You’ll partner closely with teams across Cabital to drive the effective and timely execution of product launches and ongoing usage of key products.
- Deep understanding of our products: You are the bridge that connects our offerings with our customers. You’ll own our product positioning, messaging and talking points as we strive to continuously evolve. This means conducting market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape and what our customers / clients need to be successful.
- Moonshot initiatives: We are constantly innovating and working on new initiatives that will drive growth and transformation for Cabital. You will also organize and lead some of these projects to ensure timely delivery within allocated resources.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 4-6 years of Marketing preferably in the consumer / tech / startup space.
- Having Product Management experience, or other relevant technology Product Marketing experience will be a plus.
- Outstanding project management and people management skills.
- Strong exposure to strategic problem solving, and the ability to create clarity amidst ambiguity and unknowns will be essential.
- Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
- Nice to have: You have crypto experience and a knowledge of the crypto / fintech space.
