What We Do
Kaiko provides financial data products and solutions, across three main business units:
1. Market Data: “CEX” Centralized Exchanges Market Data: we collect, structure and distribute market data from 100+ cryptocurrency trading venues; “DEX” Decentralized Protocols Market Data: we run blockchain infrastructure in order to read, collect, engineer and distribute venue-level market data from DeFI protocols.
2. Analytics: proprietary quantitative models & data solutions to price and assess risk.
3. Indices: suite of mono-assets rates and benchmarks, as well as cross-assets indices.
Kaiko’s products are available worldwide on all networks and infrastructures: public APIs, private & on-premises networks; private & hybrid cloud set-ups; blockchain native (Kaiko oracles solution).
Additionally, Kaiko’s Research publications are read by thousands of industry professionals and cited in the world’s leading media organizations. We provide original insights and in-depth analysis of crypto markets using Kaiko’s data and products.

About The Role
If you're interested in pursuing a career in the world of digital assets, then come and join our team. You will be joining Kaiko’s Operations team, a young and dynamic team that acts as the backbone of the day-to-day operations of our company. We believe that everybody has something to bring to the table, and therefore put collaborative effort and team-work above all else. As a Product Operations Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our Ops team members with operational product research, customer support and monitoring of our services.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Crypto Asset Research: keep track of important updates happening with the 10.000 cryptocurrencies that Kaiko currently covers.
- Reference Data Maintenance: Kaiko collects data on 120 exchanges, for 10.000 different crypto assets, and over 400.000 individual asset pairs. You will help with the maintenance of this database.
- Data Quality Monitoring: together with the Product Managers and QA team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and escalating issues caused by inaccuracies or outdated information in our reference data.
About you
- You are studying in the fields of Computer Science, Finance or any other relevant field.
- You have an affinity for crypto and blockchain, as well as finance and are eager to learn more about the world of digital assets.
- You are a quick learner, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to evolving technology landscapes.
- Fluency in French & English
- Programming qualifications are a bonus
