What you'll do:
- Champion the user journey: Dive deep into understanding our users—what they need, what they love, and what challenges they face. You'll transform these insights into intuitive product features that resonate with our global audience.
- Drive product innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and refine our product roadmap and strategy. Your ideas will help steer the direction of our platform, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of Web3 innovation.
- Harness data for growth: Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar to uncover trends and opportunities. You'll make data-driven decisions that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Lead the launch: Orchestrate the go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams, you'll ensure that our products make a splash in the market and deliver real value to users.
- Simplify the complex: With your excellent communication skills, you'll distill complex Web3 concepts into clear, compelling benefits that our users and stakeholders can easily understand.
- Balance user and business needs: Transform business objectives into impactful product features and updates. You'll skillfully balance user needs with business requirements to help DappRadar achieve its goals.
- Foster collaboration and efficiency: Improve our product development processes, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members and optimizing our workflow for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep a pulse on industry trends in Web3, dapps, and emerging technologies like AI. Your insights will help us adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing market landscape.
Who you are:
- User advocate: You have a natural ability to empathize with users and anticipate their needs, ensuring that our products always put them first.
- Strategic thinker: With at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, you excel at planning and executing product strategies that align with broader business goals.
- Data enthusiast: You're proficient with analytics tools and believe that data is key to making informed product decisions.
- Innovator at heart: You're always on the lookout for the next big idea and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo to drive product improvements.
- Master communicator: Whether it's writing product requirements, grooming the backlog in Jira, or presenting to stakeholders, you convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Team player: Collaboration is in your DNA. You thrive when working with diverse teams and understand that great products are built together.
- Adaptable and agile: The Web3 space moves fast, and so do you. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and can pivot quickly when market conditions change.

- European time zone: To keep our team closely connected, we're looking for someone based within UTC−01:00 to UTC+05:00.
