Web3 Project Manager (Art)

Overview

PROOF is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end coordination and delivery of art exhibitions and NFT releases. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with artists and external partners, managing timelines, handling artwork delivery, presenting to internal stakeholders, and working cross-functionally with our Product, Design, Engineering, and Community teams. This role requires a strong understanding of NFTs, and exceptional EQ and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard artists to the PROOF ecosystem
• Coordinate with artists to ensure effective project delivery
• Manage end-to-end project timelines to ensure all milestones are met
• Present updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain project briefs and documentation
• Create and maintain an Art CRM
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
• Identify and implement improvements to the Art project delivery process
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, Media and Community.
  

Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of NFTs and the art industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Experience with project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
