Project manager(Web3)

At 1dot we are looking for someone to join our start up as we are in the process of converting from a web 2 agency to a web 3 agency with many changes in place. Responsibilities · Designing Core Operation processes for the agency and helping other departments leverage best practices for their internal processes.

· Work independently in growing & managing the marketing team

· On boarding clients and proposals

· Support every team member with their needs and assist with client outreach

· Other duties as needed or assigned

What we Look for in you · A jack of all trades mindset with the ability to multitask and his/her composure during stressful situations.

· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Previous agency experience required
· Web 3 experience preferred or exceptional understanding around web3 marketing and communities.
· High degree of English language fluency
· 2+ years of experience in an operational role in a blockchain start-up, consulting company or similar
