QA Lead, Experience with Automated Testing (they don’t have to be the one doing the automated testing themselves) Integration and E2E larger scale testing experience +, Hands on QA manual testing (30-40% of time) with growth opportunities toward managing a plan for overall QA team improvements.
Skills:
- 6+ years of relevant QA technical experience
- Experience implementing automated testing solutions at an enterprise scale
- Excellent critical analysis skills
- Clear, proactive communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks based on priority
- Solid grounding in different levels of testing: Web services/API testing (using Postman), functional testing (both desktop and mobile), regression testing, performance testing
- Familiar with common tools used for the different levels of testing (e. g. JMeter, Jasmine/Mocha, Locust, Cucumber, Gherkin syntax, Cypress, Browserstack)
- Experience with Github and Jira
- SQL skills
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Services
- Knowledge of ADA requirements
- Experienced in Agile methodology
- Experience with test automation a major plus
- Experience with E-Commerce and/or Blockchain projects a plus
- Reviews business requirements and functional/technical/design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
- Creates clear, concise, detail-oriented test plans/cases, points out unclear/conflicting requirements, enhances user stories with acceptance criteria where needed
- Introduces and refines automated testing solution
- Performs manual testing for software functionality, data validations and transformations as well as performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems
- Ensures that validated deliverables meet functional, technical and design specifications and requirements
- Isolates, replicates, analyzes, and reports defects and verifies defect fixes
- Proactively communicates with Scrum Master, Business Analysts, and Developers about open issues and test status
