- Identify relevant profiles across Web3 domains
- Conduct targeted outreach to candidates
- Maintain structured candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with the team on hiring priorities
Requirements
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing
- Strong written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment workflows
- Interest in Web3 / crypto
Nice to Have
