Compensation: $45k - $63k estimated

The recruiting team is tasked with building a great team through the acquisition of the best talent possible. We’re looking for someone who is hyper-organized, efficient, and energetic to help make sure that every single interviewee who comes through our door has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
Responsibilities: - Manage the candidate experience from phone/video calls to handling onsite and virtual interviews - Serve as the face of OpenSea, and champion our culture and mission to potential candidates - Maintain clear, open, and effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders - Maintain clean candidate pipeline in our ATS (Lever) - Work closely with Recruiters and Sourcers to improve any existing processes (and any documentation surrounding those processes) - Roll out fun, creative ways to acquire talent and set ourselves apart- Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for candidate travel, as needed - Assist in planning of recruiting events
Desired Experience: - Experience in a coordination or administrative role; start-up environment preferred - Self-directed and proactive problem-solver with a sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail - Poise under pressure, anticipate fires and think ten steps ahead, and prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interface with candidates and colleagues - Thrives in a fast-paced environment with an optimistic approach to work and life - A team player who is willing to help out wherever needed- Proficiency with G Suite and and Lever (or similar ATS) preferred
