We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with blockchain partners across L1, L2, and L3 blockchains. This role will also focus on identifying and pursuing opportunities to sell Rarible's API and whitelabel marketplace (RaribleX) offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with blockchain partners.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
- Drive the sales process for Rarible's API and whitelabel marketplace (RaribleX) solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration and execution of partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
- Represent Rarible at industry events and networking opportunities.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the blockchain or technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in selling software services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for blockchain technology and the NFT space.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, stock options, Tokens. The base will be $100-110k and commission is uncapped.
Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.
