Your Mission

We are looking for an SDR to join our European sales team, who is passionate about prospecting, connecting with IT decision-makers, and fueling high-value opportunities.

Your main task is to drive accelerated growth in the European market by relentlessly building, qualifying, and developing a high-volume, high-quality sales pipeline. The focus is on the constant generation of high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role is intended for "hunters" who love speed, discipline, and measurable results.

What you will do

    •  Research and identify new potential customers across Europe
    • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to business needs and buying intent
    • Book meetings / discovery calls for Account Executives
    • Maintain and update leads and pipeline in the CRM
    • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and outreach

What you bring

    • Proven success in in sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) with a strong outbound mentality
    • Hunger to hunt for new business opportunities
    • Comfortable with high outreach activity and KPI-driven work
    • Strong communication skills in English (other EU languages are a plus)
    • Motivation to learn, grow, and eventually move into full-cycle sales
    • Fluent in English and at least one other european language; german language proficiency is a strong advantage
