Web3 Sales Manager (f/m/x) for ZERO defects, our SaaS startup in the field of industrial quality management

Compensation: $27k - $90k estimated

Location: Berlin Germany

Job description The Opportunity German SMEs alone are facing defect costs of €47 billion per year. All industries are affected. While some defects are only a pain for production companies and their customers, some defects are even a health threat for people. Our vision is a world where all products work as expected. The Solution While 85% of product defects are generated early on in their lifecycle, most of them get fixed way too late, which is inefficient. Hence, our mission is to enable companies preventing defects as early as possible during product lifecycle. Therefore, we provide software as a service that enables companies to introduce and maintain the zero defects concept with complete traceability. The use of ZERO defects results in increased process efficiency and superior product quality. In addition, our customers develop a positive and quality orientated working culture, increase production ramp-up speeds and subsequently increase profit. The Role You are our sales pioneer to find a scalable sales approach and sell our product at an optimal price point. As well, you act as an advocate for your customers, representing their opinions and needs so that together we can continue to increase the added value of ZERO defect for our customers. In addition, you detect new market opportunities to consult our C-Level and you will be part of major strategic decisions so we can achieve our business goals together.

Generate leads and qualify them to build up a valuable sales pipeline

Develop striking product demonstrations and successfully convince leads to become customers, also on-site (in Germany first, then globally)

Manage your customers across the complete customer live cycle (in Germany first, then globally)

Constantly revise the sales process and apply latest sales and marketing automation technology for fast and efficient scaling

Detect and point out new market opportunities and be part of major strategic business decisions about our product positioning, target industries, target customers, go-to-market strategy, etc.

Requirements Must haves

Degree in Mechanical engineering, automation technology, industrial engineering, technical business administration, Production engineering, Quality management or comparable

3+ years of experience in B2B sales with an existing network in the manufacturing industry

General technical affinity

Expert in communicating complex things to non-technical audience

Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German

NICE TO HAVE

Experiences in fast-paced technology startups / corporate startups Written and verbal communication in additional languages
