Web3 Senior HR Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to implement and manage internal and external hiring processes from team member onboarding to day-to-day life for our team.

As the company continues to grow, this role will focus on discovering and implementing great employee/team benefits, building out additional incentive programs, and refining our HR systems.

This role would report to X and would be based out of our Notting Hill, London Headquarters.

Requirements

• Develop ways to further align employees and service providers to the overall company mission and vision.
• Plan and perform regular performance review sessions.
• Plan regular compliance trainings in collaboration with our legal team.
• Provide HR support as a first point of contact for team members within the company.
• Update HR records with new hire information and/or changes in employment or service provider status.
• Inform team members about additional benefits for which they are eligible (e.g., extra vacation days or hardware upgrades).
• Interfacing with external recruiters to manage recruiting efforts.
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Ops, HR, or similar
• Working in-person in our Notting Hill, London headquarters
• Ability to adapt quickly to competing and changing priorities
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems, experience with HiBob is a plus
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems like Workable
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
