Web3 Senior/Principal Software Engineer - AI

Senior/Principal Software Engineer - AI About the Role:  As a Senior SWE (AI) at Trustana, you will build leading-edge AI (ML, LLM, RAG, NLP, etc.) applications end-to-end, from development to deployment, across the full stack of our e-commerce platforms. You will also drive the setting up of experiments, data instrumentation, and data pipelines and monitor the quality of our AI-generated outputs.  Key Responsibilities: 

Write scalable code and define the standards for data engineering, model training, quality verification, and deployment.  Perform data ETL and analysis for application build, ensuring robust and scalable AI solutions.  Automate infrastructure and deployments of pipelines. 

 What you’ll need to succeed: 

7+ years hands-on experience in engineering (focused on ML/Data) with large scalable systems.  Hands-on experience of fine-tuning large language models, coding experience with big data tools including Python/ JavaScript etc,  TensorFlow, PyTorch and other machine learning frameworks.  Knowledgeable with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud). - We use AWS.  Experience demonstrating technical leadership working with teams, owning projects, defining and setting technical direction for projects  Experienced in utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutions  Demonstrated ability in data engineering with prior experience developing for and debugging Big Data and stream processing frameworks such as Spark, Kafka, and Flink  Experience with relational databases, non-relational databases, cloud environments and cloud deployment technology (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm).
