Figment is hiring a Web3 Senior Product Analyst
Compensation: $105k - $111k estimated

Data drives Figment! We’re looking for rockstar analytical talent to help us create the future of staking. As a product analyst, you’ll be a key strategic partner to the product team, and lead the way for key strategic initiatives. You’ll shine the light on everything from key business KPIs and metrics, product usage, to protocol risk and understanding.
You will not just answer questions, but direct us to ask the right questions. Questions and insights that will steer us to win. You care about the customer, product usability, market share, combining business and user value to build a truly compelling product experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product team to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our core staking business.
- Product KPIs: Work closely with product to define and track product metrics and KPIs related to our North Star Metric and its input metrics.
- Product Dashboards: Support the design and development of product dashboards within an event tracking and reporting tool
- Product Strategy / Roadmap: Provide analysis and/ market studies to support strategic initiatives related to product strategy and roadmap
- Through a deep understanding of crypto, protocols and dynamics, you’ll help us steer product initiatives and priorities.
- Conduct a weekly KPIs meeting where you will present and identify trends on our product and marketing efforts to key stakeholders.
Who you are:
- 4+ years experience working as a Product, Growth or Financial analyst
- A solid understanding of SQL, Excel and are able to quickly get answers from structured and unstructured datasets
- Experience building dashboards and analytical cases
- Strong Intuition for data and basic statistical concepts
- Effective communicator who can successfully operate in a cross-functional role. You will influence and drive key strategic decisions by communicating with clarity with business stakeholders
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through visualizations and studies
- Extremely driven and proactive
Not required but a plus if you have
- Knowledge of how blockchains, smart contracts and such things work.
- Experience with SaaS or API business models
