Web3 Senior Product Manager

• Work with the Director of Product to define the product roadmap, strategy, and priorities based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain product specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide the development team in building the product.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the product on time and within budget.
• Communicate product updates, changes, and new features to stakeholders across the company.
• Work with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Lead user research, focus groups, and other customer feedback sessions to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the product team to ensure their success and growth.
• Act as the product expert and provide guidance to sales, support, and other customer-facing teams.
• Work with the development team to ensure that the product is built to high quality standards, is scalable, and meets customer needs.
• Coordinate with external partners and collaborators to ensure successful integration with other tools and services in the Polkadot ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in a technology company, with a focus on web3 or crypto-native products.
• Experience with DAO tooling products and a strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and market trends.
• Experience leading user research, focus groups, and customer feedback sessions.
• Strong mentorship skills with the ability to develop junior members of the product team.
