Role and Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager specializing in rule engines, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and enhancement of our rule engine product. Your domain expertise will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction of the product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and remains competitive in the market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Domain Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the risk industry to define product strategies that align with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer demands.
- Product Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision that highlights the role of the rule engine in risk management, effectively bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business outcomes.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that outlines feature prioritization, release timelines, and key milestones. Continuously refine the roadmap based on market feedback and changing industry dynamics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and other teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes effective communication and alignment.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor the product's performance against these metrics. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of proven experience in product management, with a focus on rule engines or decision management systems for the risk industry.
- Strong domain knowledge of risk management practices, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific challenges.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving product development in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mandarin speaking is mandatory
