Web3 Senior Product Manager, Settlement

You will develop an inspiring product vision derived from ecosystem knowledge, market trends, and a deep understanding of our user, customer, and partner needs.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead a team of software engineers in the development of our settlement product
• Navigate ambiguity to identify significant opportunities, build consensus with cross-functional partners, and manage initiatives from ideation through customer deployment
• Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for your area of ownership
• Define success for your team, determine metrics, and develop processes to measure progress towards your goals

Skills & Experience:

Our vision is to deliver trust in digital assets. The Settlement team will establish much-needed bridges between clients and partners where counterparty risk, capital inefficiency, and manual processes have slowed progress towards meaningful institutional adoption. In other words, the product you are building will facilitate the next wave of institutional investment into digital assets, propelling the broader crypto and web3 ecosystems forward.

As the Senior Product Manager owning the Settlement product, you’ll be tasked with defining the future of both the APIs and user interface that serve our clients and partners. Given the outwards-facing nature of a settlement product, you’ll need to go beyond BitGo’s stack to understand technical requirements, challenges, and opportunities across different products and systems. Establishing deep cross-functional ties across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Sales will be essential to bringing your product vision to life.

Required:

• 4+ years of experience driving projects with cross-functional partners
• Experience defining the vision and strategy for a product and a proven track record of bringing products to market
• Experience navigating the process of building to/from partner systems via APIs
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• A jack-of-all trades with a get-things-done attitude — whether this be working on designs, writing up a QA plan, or investigating a client issue
• Ability to drive team efficiency in a fluid, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment
• Obsessing over the details but also understanding how to ship on time
• Desire to bring digital assets to the forefront of the global economy
• Experience with and/or knowledge of FinTech or Crypto-native platforms

This role can be worked remotely from anywhere within the United States.
