Web3 Smart Contract Developer

You will help build, maintain and deploy smart contracts and tooling for Burnt Finance. You'll spend most of your days designing important core infrastructure, as well as tools that Burnt Finance uses to interact with various dApps and reporting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and test core components for our decentralized auction protocol based on Solana
• Write open source Rust clients that allow users to interact directly with our protocol and smart contracts
• Work with an internal research team for integrating decentralized auctions and optimizing infrastructure for on-chain execution
• Work on research ideas involving deployment across different blockchains like Terra, Fantom and Avalanche, etc

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Rust
• 2+ years of experience in crypto and blockchain related fields (Optional)
• Worked on at least two production Rust codebases that are reasonably large and performant
• Strong knowledge of Rust idioms and libraries
• Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals such as data structures and API design
• Strong understanding of blockchain
• Knowledge of NFTs and Solana
