Radworks engages in community-building activities to build awareness for builders of decentralized &amp; open-source technologies<br></p><em>Role</em></p>PART-TIME | REMOTE</p>START DATE: NOVEMBER 2023</p>As our Social Media Manager, you'll be a crucial part of our marketing team, responsible for building and engaging with our target audience of open source software developers. You will own and drive our social and content strategy across multiple social media accounts. We’re looking for someone who loves to experiment, has a knack for creating content, and is immersed in the web3 and open-source worldsHats you’ll wear</p><ul><li>Content wizard – Create engaging and innovative content to captivate and inform our target audience using interesting, eye-catching visuals</li><li>Social media strategist – Develop, implement, and manage a cohesive social media strategy across various platforms &amp; accounts</li><li>Community whisperer – Foster connections with like-minded projects &amp; individuals, including crypto &amp; FOSS devs and the wider web3 community. Listen, learn, educate, start &amp; moderate interesting discussions.</li><li>Brand ambassador – Craft and promote Radworks using an engaging, fun &amp; authentic brand voice (think cool internet kid vibes)</li></ul><br></p><em>Requirements</em></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience managing and executing social media brand channels and working cross-functionally with the internal team to develop social media campaigns and accompanying assets</li><li>At least 2 years of experience working as a Content Creator, Content Marketing, Content Strategist, or a similar role</li><li>Passion for web3 and open source software</li><li>Creativity, with the ability to think outside the box</li><li>English language fluency with outstanding writing and editing skills</li><li>Ability to introduce and moderate best practices or frameworks for community development and growth</li><li>Able to work autonomously, set agenda, and prioritize work with minimal input</li><li>A weekly time commitment of approximately 10-15 hours</li></ul><br></p><em>Nice-to-haves</em></p><ul><li>Knowledge &amp; experience with decentralized social media platforms</li><li>Video &amp; visual asset ideation, design &amp; production expertise</li><li>Experience running events, town halls, virtual chats, and AMAs</li></ul><br></p><em>Compensation &amp; perks</em></p><ul><li>45-65 USD per hour, commensurate with experience</li><li>Flexible, remote work with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic industry</li><li>Fully distributed workforce, with a meeting-light culture (most of us work US &amp; European hours)</li></ul>
