Web3 Sr. Finance Systems Analyst

What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join the growing Finance Systems team that will play a critical role in the design and architecture of scalable finance systems to support Circle’s expanding footprint in a maturing company environment. You will work directly with Finance and cross-functional teams to enable the design and rollout for Finance transformation, finance automation and streamlining of core finance processes, international expansion in current and future finance systems.

What you'll work on:

• Maintaining our existing finance systems - Intacct, Ramp, ZIP etc.
• Partnering with accounting and other finance teams to enable new features within finance systems
• Playing a key role in global rollout of future ERP.
• Documenting and managing testing and related approvals for changes to systems.
• Supporting finance teams in providing responses and data from systems for audit and Sox requests.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, working on finance systems like Intacct, Zip, Ramp, etc.
• Experience in implementing core finance systems like ERP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable interfacing with all levels and across all departments within the organization
• Outstanding change management skills and the ability to lead teams through change.
• Detail-oriented, highly analytical, a skilled multi-tasker and problem-solver.
• Self-motivated, attentive, and always follow through.
• Driven to add value and continuously seek opportunities for improvement both individually and as a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $102,500 - $137,500

Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
