Web3 Talent Acquisition/HR Project Manager (HRBP)

About the role

You will be joining our HR and Recruiting team to support our expansion in North America and Latin America. To help make Crypto.com as one of the best places to work, you will work closely with our leadership team while executing our HR & Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives. The Talent Acquisition/HR PM will be tasked with helping to build/revamp our HR and recruiting policy and processes in North America and Latin America.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about improving HR/Recruiting operational excellence and leading change at scale through policy and process optimization. The Talent Acquisition/HR PM will manage projects for Security Audits, Vendor Risk Assessments, ATS Implementation, Onboarding and Training for Talent Acquisition team members, and other projects as needed. Responsibilities

• Lead the regional recruiting policy & processes implementation to better support the hiring and talent acquisition teams.
• Leverage data to make recommendations to manage up and down, recognize bottle necks, and communicate between teams.
• Standardize systems, processes, and tools to drive insights that allow both the Talent Acquisition team and the company to evolve while facilitating a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Partner with our Marketing Team to elevate our employer brand and social media presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other key channels.
• Creation and delivery of productivity dashboards that will closely measure and monitor all critical KPIs to ensure the team is tracking in the right way to support the hiring demand from all stakeholders.
• Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner.
• Be an active member of the HR partnership; sharing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy and HR plans with management

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Good understanding of employment laws and related policies.
• Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management.
• Excellent (written/verbal) communication and organization skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint.
