• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a highly competitive market.
• Able to converse fluently in mandarin to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage with qualified candidates in the crypto industry
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to ensure their alignment with our company culture and values
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must have experience in talent acquisition within the crypto or blockchain industry
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a highly competitive market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
