We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will play a key role in finding and attracting talent.
Responsibilities:
- Search for candidates for open positions using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).
- Establish initial contacts with potential candidates.
- Organise all stages of the interview process, including coordination between hiring managers and candidates.
- Collecting feedback after the interview.
- Maintaining and updating candidate database, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
- Conduct IT market analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of IT sourcing experience in a company or agency.
- Knowledge of specialised sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and identify key points.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- English level B2 or higher.
