Responsibilities:

BackOffice user support (technical issues, change requests, bug detection and reporting)
Creating new tasks based on requests from the Settlement Office team
Interaction with internal users on issues related to the current operations
Daily building and validation of reports
Validation of a new functionality on production, creation of user documentation

Requirements:

Experience of at least 1 year in technical support of IT product, preferably fintech
Excellent knowledges of Excel
SQL
Analytical mindset
High level of responsibility and self-organization
