Job Description: We are seeking a talented Technology & Backend Lead to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic leader to collaborate cross-functionally and work closely with our CTO and Product Lead. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and expertise in building backend architecture, as well as the ability to guide a team of Engineers towards building the backbone of all of Quantinium's products.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience and expertise in building backend architecture, as well as the ability to guide a team of Engineers towards building the backbone of all of Quantinium's products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the backend architecture and documentation for Quantinium's mobile & web applications.
- Lead the product development team, ensuring best practices.
- Champion technical excellence and productivity.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers.
- Make informed technical decisions and define the roadmap.
- Mentor junior team members and foster innovation.
- Engage in coding, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Resolve complex technical issues for system reliability.
- Identify and implement codebase standards and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Extensive development experience with Go, with a strong database experience using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with JS frameworks such as Node.js and React.js is a big plus.
- 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
- 5+ years in large-scale backend development.
- Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
