Web3 UX/UI Designer

We are the biggest NFT Marketplace on the Cardano blockchain, forever expanding our team to include talented individuals from around the world. ✔️ Responsibilities:

1. Work collaboratively with other designers to develop and expand product design patterns
2. Coordinate with product managers to create wireframes for new products.
3. Consistently work to improve user experience in the existing product by acquiring research outputs from product and marketing teams.
4. Design high fidelity designs for new features using Figma.
5. Coordinate with product managers and engineers to iterate designs to meet organisational priorities.
6. Ability to convert user input and feedback into strategically informed changes to the product.

✒️ Requirements:

1. ​​An online portfolio with mobile app or web design samples
2. Proficient in Figma and have an understanding of
   1. Components
   2. Libraries
   3. Prototyping

3. Ability to follow existing design guidelines while expanding the product.

🔥 Nice to Haves:

1. Experience creating, updating and maintaining design systems
2. A personal presence in the Cardano NFT ecosystem.
3. Experience using NFT marketplaces on other Blockchains.
