Job Summary:

21.co is seeking a motivated and creative intern to join our marketing team. During this paid internship, the marketing intern will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's overall success while gaining hands-on work experience in a corporate setting. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for the performance marketing team in collaborating and executing Marketing initiatives and programs. This individual should have a growth mindset and can work collaboratively across teams to accomplish the Company's Growth objectives.

Key Accountabilities and Scope:

  • Ad Setup and Management: Assist in setting up and managing paid ads across platforms such as Google Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Assist in conducting A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing elements.
  • Landing Page Updates: Help update and maintain landing pages in Hubspot, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and conversion.
  • SEO Updates: Assist in implementing approved SEO updates in Webflow to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Email Execution: Assist in the creation, deployment, and tracking of email marketing campaigns.
  • CRM and Database Support: Help to ensure marketing data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Performance Reporting: Help prepare and distribute regular performance reports on key metrics for digital campaigns
  • Social Media Support: Provide support in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media channels as needed.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors and market trends.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with the performance marketing manager and other team members to support various marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least one year of education beyond High School, preferably dedicated coursework in Business, Graphic design, or Marketing.
  • Detail-orientated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects at once.
  • A curious and creative marketer who enjoys exploring data
  • Strong communicator with the ability to clearly communicate ideas visually and verbally.
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid setting in our NYC office
  • This position is a temporary position. Work hours will be between 30-35 hours per week. Flexibility for those who are taking summer courses.
