Responsibilities

You will play a key role in managing and scaling a number of key operational areas as we continue to grow the business.

Financial Operations

- Create and deliver monthly management reporting
- Incorporate key non-financial OKR’s/KPI’s
- Ensure Crypto wallets are
- Liaise with accountants to ensure accurate & timely bookkeeping
- Identify and onboard new service providers

HR

- Manage the recruitment process

- Create & execute standard onboarding processes for new joiners

- Implement employee handbook, incorporating relevant policies and ISO requirements

- Co-ordinate information security & job specific training courses

Other

- Support other operational activities eg related to engineering teams, product devt, business devt, marketing

- Execute onboarding for service providers / partners

- Create & implement policies eg related to information security

- Regulatory compliance and reporting

• Graduate degree level education
• 3+ years experience in an Operational role (ideally with an emphasis on Finance)
• Experience working in a financial services company
• Evidence of fast career progression
• Startup/scaleup mentality
