Role and Responsibilities

Monitor shared platforms and resolve support tickets Maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve monitoring, infrastructure, and incident response processes Implement observability tools to ensure system health, performance, and stability Apply security best practices (access controls, encryption, network protection) Provide DevOps support across local and remote teams

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Solid understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, KVM, Docker) Experience working in Linux environments Proficiency with Git Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) Knowledge of security best practices, including encryption, access control, and network security Advanced problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment Proficiency in English

Nice-to -have:

Internship or commercial experience in DevOps or Software Development Experience with Kubernetes and Argo CD Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry Exposure to DevOps toolchains (CI/CD, automation, orchestration, testing) A strong culture is a common denominator among the most successful companies and B2C2 is proud to be a values-based company.
