BitGo is looking for an IT Intern who will join our team in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support BitGo's employees in resolving problems with laptops, desktops, printers, video conferencing, and other helpdesk related tasks in a Mac and Linux environment
• Manage the repair of broken or defective laptops, printers or other hardware
• Acquire, provision, configure, & deploy equipment in accordance with documented procedures
• Research, investigate, and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of departmental documentation
• Manage hardware and software inventory
• Ensure BitGo Policies and Procedures are followed, including Security and Operational policies
• Other IT related responsibilities as assigned.

Contract Details:

• Internship Duration: 6-Month
• Working Model: Hybrid (3 day in the office/ week)
• Office Location: Koramangala 5th block
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
