Chainalysis has become known as the leader in blockchain investigation and compliance software. Our products have built trust in blockchains by taking down terrorist financing campaigns, disrupting major ransomware operations, identifying the Twitter hackers, and more.
Now, we are building the blockchain data platform for cryptocurrency. Software engineers will be critical to that mission by building and scaling the applications and systems our customers rely on every day to stop crime, understand risk, and strategize about their business. They obsess over solving our customer problems alongside world-class product and design teams.
In one year you’ll know you were successful if…
- You’ve worked with tech leads, fellow engineers, designers, and product managers to build features that demystify crypto data, facilitate collaboration between customers in their investigations, improve our intel pipelines and workflows, and more!
- You have developed and deployed high quality code using modern frameworks
- You have demonstrated a strong understanding of relevant product area systems and codebase
- You are independently completing assigned stories with help from your manager and tech leads.
- You have debugged production issues and participated in a blameless post-mortem process to make our systems stronger.
A background like this helps:
- You are currently in your final year/semester of graduation
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages. We mostly use Java but appreciate a variety of languages!
- Demonstrated software development experience from previous internships, work experience, coding/startup competitions, open source contributions or publications
- You have participated in code and architecture reviews at internships.
- Exposure to or interest in the cryptocurrency technology ecosystem
