We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our new Investigations Ecosystem team. The team is responsible for building features facilitating networking and collaboration between Crypto Investigators of different experience levels and backgrounds across a wide spectrum of public and private sector entities. The team oversees the recently launched Rapid product that gives easy access to accurate and comprehensive crypto insights explained in a beginner friendly and self-explanatory way with the help of LLM’s. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a diverse team of impactful engineers, in a fast paced and globally distributed environment.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead and empower your team of engineers who are effective and love what they do

  • Hire exceptional people to grow your team with a focus on diversity, scalability, and always raising the bar

  • Be a hands-on technical expert, able to coach and mentor team members in best practices and demonstrate what good looks like

  • Build relationships with the Product Management team based on credibility and candor that result in lofty goals, clear objectives, and confidence that you’ll meet them. Work with PMs and your team to set clear objectives and deliver on them

  • Help the entire engineering team get better at what we do through building smarter ways of working

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Managed a team of software engineers in a globally distributed environment

  • Aren’t afraid to jump into a problem and get it solved, even if it’s outside of your day-to-day role

  • Built strong partnerships with Product & Design functions

  • A background in dealing with ambiguity and change

  • A desire to find solutions and options as opposed to simply pointing out what’s wrong

You might also have:

  • Experience in or an interest in Blockchain/Cryptocurrency
