The Role

We’re hiring a Content Outreach Manager to own prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building across the Web3 and fintech ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role focused on getting KAST featured in the right places - newsletters, blogs, comparison articles, listicles, and industry media. You’ll be responsible for driving placements that improve brand awareness, backlinks, traffic, and search visibility.

What You’ll Do

• Run outreach campaigns to secure newsletter sponsorships, article mentions, listicle placements, and content partnerships
• Find and pitch publishers who cover competitor cards, crypto banking, stablecoins, and fintech tools
• Own SEO-driven partnerships such as newsletter placements, guest posts, article insertions / link placements, editorial mentions and reviews
• Track performance and ROI of placements to improve outreach strategy and spending decisions
• Work closely with the Marketing + SEO team to support content distribution, backlink growth, and search visibility
• Support broader SEO work when needed (keyword research, link building support, content audits)
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years experience in SEO, content outreach, or digital PR
• Proven ability to build relationships with publishers, newsletter owners, and bloggers
• Comfortable with cold outreach and negotiation (email, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
• Strong organization and follow-through - you can manage multiple campaigns at once
• Familiarity with Web3, stablecoins, and fintech is a big plus
• Self-starter mindset - you work well async and don’t need hand-holding
