Proficient in data visualization, SQL, and marketing attribution, you bring a sharp analyticalfocus to marketing insights. You have a track record of developing KPIs, managing complex data projects, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reconciling financial records: Reconcile payments as indicated on remittance documents, and reconcile accounts Resolving discrepancies: Investigate and resolve overpayments, and monitor cash activity reject reports Managing cash flow: Manage cash flow, and ensure cash batches are balanced before finalization Collaborating with internal teams: Work with sales, project management, and other teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Maintaining documentation: Maintain proper documentation, and keep procedures up to date Addressing customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding payment applications, and provide excellent customer service Ensuring compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Generating reports: Generate reports such as cash forecasts, payment trending, and month-end/quarter-end reconciliations

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting Domain The ability to communicate and manage customers The ability to prioritize work and resolve payment discrepancies Accounts receivable and payable knowledge: A working knowledge of these areas is important Insurance or accounting background: This is a plus Personal initiative: The ability to ensure payments are applied on time and inquiries are resolved Cash application experience: Relevant experience in this area is preferred Understanding of order to cash process Having good knowledge of Excel, Peoplesoft
