We are seeking an experienced, high-performance Operations Manager for our International team division. The Operations Manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of a dynamic team of professionals, facilitating communication and synergy within the company. The individual in this role will work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business issues which can include managing and overseeing the implementation of projects related to operations such as data analysis, supply chain management, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify issues and develop improvements, modifications, and enhancements related to operational workflows
• Manage financial processes and diligence, budgets and other KPIs
• Responsible for the training program for new team members
• Establishing goals for operational efficiency and productivity in collaboration with other managers
• Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to coordinate production schedules and resolve issues that arise during production
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management/administration or engineering
• Strong management of global direct and indirect staff and projects required
• Strong executive level communication and presentation skills
• Possess a sense of urgency, strong organizational and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability and experience in a detail-oriented position
• Ability and willingness to perform in fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Multi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience working for a rapidly growing startup, and managing change
• Experience in financial services, fintech and/or crypto
