Who We Are Looking For

An Art Director to work closely with the Chief Creative Officer/CD, the creative team, production team, and cross-functional staff, to work on creative projects from concept creation to completion. You will be developing concepts and pushing the brand look and feel while ensuring the work is of the highest standard. To do this, you will work collaboratively with creatives (designers, illustrators, copywriters, art directors, animators, and more), producers, in-house engineers, vendors, and other Yuga team members.

What You Should be Able to Do

The Job:

● Responsible for supporting the CCO/CD with all projects

● Ideate, concept, and execute projects and opportunities at the intersection of culture and

web3

● Executing creative projects from start to finish with our various teams

● Help to manage the design team and provide feedback in order to keep projects moving

forward

● Work with the producers on projects to evaluate and plan resources for current and

future projects

● Must be multidisciplinary. Comfortable working across different mediums: digital,

physical products, merch/ streetwear, gaming, collaborations, films, branding, print,

experiential events, etc

● Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with the Yuga teams

Your Skills:

● 5+ years of agency or in-house experience within relevant industries

● Candidates should have a strong design background with solid knowledge of marketing,

branding, and design principles and development

● Experience leading and managing creative teams

● Strong concept and strategy development skills

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

● Strong creative mind

● Comfortable handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines

● Have a basic understanding of NFTs, the ecosystem, and crypto
