Your Mission: Build & Scale the Future of Hiring at Bitfinex

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles. You’ll use innovative sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and automation tools to create a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

On an Average Day, You’ll Be Tasked With…

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates.

  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market.

  • Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, covering both Technical Roles (Engineering & Development) and Non-Technical (Including Compliance, Risk, & Regulatory Affairs).

  • Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies and industries.

  • Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies.

  • A well-established network of industry connections, with the ability to tap into hidden talent pools.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a track record of scaling teams efficiently.

  • A data-driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.

  • Based in the CET (Central European Time) region or willing to work within CET and LATAM  time zones.
