PURPOSE Join the adidas Web3 studio driving our community engagement and activation. This role is responsible for the execution of Web3 community activities, programs and projects across the Open Metaverse. You’ll lead and represent the best of adidas spanning sport and life>

  KEY RELATIONSHIPS • Global Digital and Brand organization (incl. SVP/VP level) • Hype & Confirmed Teams • Community Management Team (Discord) • Social & PR & Newsrooms • Tech integration Team • Partnership Team • Group functions (IT, Finance, Legal) • External partners, vendors & agencies

  WHAT YOU’LL BRING • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Marketing / Communication and project management in a cross functional set up (ideally 3 years in a Digital and/or Commercial area) • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master degree preferred)  • Community Management experience at Web3/ NFT project, a gaming company or a large community using Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Medium  • Experience in establishing and participating in DAOs preferred • Expert writing skills to cultivate and manage an active community

  BONUS POINTS FOR • Preferable working experience in the sports or clothing industry • Preferable cross-cultural, global experience outside of home country
