What you'll do

• Design the crypto asset trading products of margin, futures, perpetual and options, including the back-end service, user experience and new business mode, participating the whole life cycle of products from establishment to launch

• Provide the short and medium-term product iteration plan and RoadMap based on the life cycle characteristics of the product, competition environment and resource structure.

• Justify the business case, define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, participate in the testing cycle, manage marketing material, manage backlog, safeguard the entire product development cycle.

• Create and maintain the project plan. Work closely with other teams to ensure product delivery in a smooth manner.

• Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods

• Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments.

• Conduct market research and ensure our product offering at the best position.

What you'll need

• Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background

• Fluently with Mandarin and English.

• Experience as product owner in agile teams is a valuable plus.

• A passion for building delightful customer facing products and experience.

• Take initiative and producing results.

• Capable to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, growth.

• Bachelor's degree with product manager experience, user growth preferably from a well-known Internet, blockchain or financial company
