Company Introduction:

CoinClan is a licensed & regulated cryptocurrency exchange company.

We are currently operating in Australia, the EU, the UK, and Canada. We trade on major crypto P2P platforms such as Binance P2P, and we are the largest crypto P2P merchant/liquidity provider in all of the countries and on all of the P2P platforms where we advertise and trade.

We have longer-term plans to build our own platform. We are also now looking to expand our business to several other countries, such as Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, the US, Turkey & more. Our vision is to make crypto access seamless, for anyone, anywhere in the world.

Role Summary 

As a DevSecOps engineer, you will work collaboratively with other engineering team members to deploy software and maintain and operate our systems; assist in automating and streamlining our operations and processes; maintain tools for deployment, operations, and monitoring of key systems; troubleshoot and resolve issues in our non production environments; and maintain uptime for our sites, apps, and content

A successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about security and its technical challenges, with the ability to closely align with technology teams to build security from the start into our solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in implementing a secure, robust and high availability DevSecOps pipeline. 

2. Automate build & deployment processes.

3. Work closely with engineers, QA, project managers throughout the software lifecycle in successfully deliver best-in-class, large-scale systems.

4. Implement push button deployment at scale with zero downtime. 

5. Implement a secure systems and Software Development Lifecycle with security gates and testing across SAST, DAST, SCA, and vulnerability scans with an emphasis on automating tools and process integration.

6. Define the processes, practices, and tools enabling CI/CD, maximising the speed, security, and quality of product delivery. 

7. Manage and operate on non production and production environments. 

8. Proficiency in Chinese language is a must.

Requirements:

1. Full stack distributed web development experience.

2. Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab

3. Proficiency in Unix/Linux management and troubleshooting.

4. Good oral/written communication skills.

5. Manage non production or production environments.

6. 5+ years of experience building and leading security and DevSecOps.

7. Experience in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

8. Experience maintaining Security in a container environment

9. Experience with Docker, AKS/EKS is a plus

10. Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP is plus 

11. Experience with Site Reliability is a plus.

12. Exposure to TUF, SLSA, Static and Dynamic code analysis tools
