Role Overview

We’re looking for a Design Systems Designer to work with product design and engineering to collaboratively develop our component libraries and help scale our design language.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and design intuitive principles, patterns, and interactions with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and design across all of our products and platforms i.e. Web, iOS, and Android
• Provide pixel-perfect static and interactive design solutions
• Write guidelines and documentation on the how and why components, >
• Be accountable as lead design stakeholder and facilitator in cross collaboration with front-end engineering and development teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years building and shipping high quality consumer facing products
• 2+ years working on design systems in a lead role
• Deep understanding of Figma component libraries and prototyping
• Experience working on complex design systems that span across multiple platforms
• Solid record of shipping accessible products across web and mobile
• Strong communication skills in articulating design decisions
• Experience validating design interactions through user testing and other data
• Ideally, you have an interest in and understand the basics of programming
• Experience working with both product and brand design systems would be a bonus
• You are passionate about the blockchain industry will help you do well in this role
