Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Art Director, AI development team and external vendors to develop captivating art direction for NFT projects and IP development.
• Passionate about shaping the narrative and aesthetics of an expanding web3 ecosystem.
• Utilize AI to enhance ideation and streamline workflows for efficient art production.
• Create outstanding 2D and/or 3D illustrations that align with the project's creative strategy, including character designs, environmental art, and prop designs for games.
• Provide feedback and oversee quality for vendors, setting a high standard for excellence in their work.
• Contribute fresh and creative narrative ideas that resonate with the NFT community.
• Communicate and coordinate visual concepts effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Independently manage tasks and meet milestones effectively.

Requirements

• Demonstrate ability to create high quality illustration, concept art and storyboards.
• 5+ years of experience in Concept Art or Visual Development for games, animation, media IP, or related fields.
• High proficiencies in art fundamentals, design principals, storytelling, and animation, with a clear understanding of the creative development process.
• Keep up to date with the latest AI imaging technologies such as Midjouney and Stable Diffusion to improve production quality.
• Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and other 2D/3D video software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and drive the team forward.
• Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver, adept at resource and evolving strategies.
• Collaborative and humble spirit, fostering a positive team environment.
• Keen interest in the evolving NFT and web3 gaming space.
