Job Responsibilities:
- Take care of all deflection tools that the company uses;
- Analyze user patterns to better understand where we can improve our deflection tools;
- Monitor deflection rates;
- Deep dive into customers' cases to get a better grasp of where the customers are having difficulties navigating through our services;
- Take into account stakeholders' feedback in improving the deflection rates;
- Create daily/weekly reports;
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders;
- Identify, manage, and facilitate deflection opportunities;
- Coordinate with internal and external resources involved in deflection projects
Job Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of customer support lifecycle;
- Experience with different customer support platforms and mediums;
- Understanding of automation and automation processes;
- Familiarity with networking concepts;
- Experience with programming languages;
- Ability to analyze data and customer tendenciesStrong knowledge of the company structure and responsibilities;
- Willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends;
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to time-manage and multi-task.
