OpenTag is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office & Events Manager to join our Sofia office on a maternity cover contract.

The Office & Events Manager plays a key role in creating a well-organized, efficient, and positive work environment. This position provides comprehensive administrative support across the company and works closely with the HR department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role combines office coordination, employee support, and event planning — ensuring the workplace remains organized, welcoming, and well-supported. If you’re proactive, people-oriented, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly office.


  • Previous experience holding an administrative position (at least 1 year);

  • Excellent written and spoken English;

  • University degree;

  • Experience with Google Products (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

  • Excellent communication and time management skills;

  • Great collaborator – feels comfortable working in a team environment;

  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients;

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Open to feedback and able to adapt to changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the administrative management of employee benefits, including additional health insurance, meal vouchers, sports cards, and others.

  • Manage orders for office supplies, food, drinks, and any other necessary items.

  • Lead the planning, organisation, and execution of company events together with the HR Manager — including team buildings, workshops, office events, and more.

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a detailed events schedule; prepare clear plans for each event, liaise between departments, and coordinate all event-related processes.

  • Take charge of daily office management tasks to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and tidy work environment.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements according to existing company policies.

  • Collaborate on various internal projects, such as occupational safety in the office, and get involved in administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

  • Provide assistance with additional operational tasks, such as shipping.

  • Handle various document processing activities.

  • Maintain close communication with all employees and third parties.
