We are building a platform that secures digital wallets, smart contracts, tokens, and externally owned accounts (EOAs) by providing real-time detection, monitoring, and response capabilities.

We are a fast-growing cybersecurity startup seeking an experienced In-House Counsel or Legal Advisor to join our team. This role will involve providing legal support to various departments, including Sales and Business Operations, and ensuring smooth legal and contractual processes with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead legal negotiations with clients, ensuring all agreements are compliant, clear, and aligned with company interests.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the Sales department on contract review, risk assessment, and deal structure.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Support the business operations team with legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring the company adheres to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and mitigate legal risks.
  • Manage the company's legal obligations and external legal partnerships.

Requirements


  • LLB degree (or equivalent) and admission to the bar.
  • 4+ years of experience as an attorney or legal advisor, with a background in high-tech or cybersecurity a strong advantage.
  • Expertise in contract law, corporate law, and business operations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
