Web3 Partnerships Lead

Our first product is Radius, a decentralized network that connects independent workers and teams to the best projects in web3. The team behind Tephra Labs’ products, protocols, and communities is mission-oriented, dedicated, and hardworking. We are fully remote, and our teammates are based around the world.

As a member of the Tephra Labs team, you will join an early-stage team that is building foundational tooling for the future of work. Our team is cross-functional, and you will be working closely with product managers, engineers, product designers, protocol designers, writers, and community managers. We are looking for teammates that are world-class at what they do, are comfortable defining a path through ambiguity, and want to do whatever it takes to support the Tephra Labs mission.

As the Web3 Partnerships Lead, you will:

  • Craft a high-quality, systematic, and web3-native business development strategy, pipeline, and best practices for Radius
  • Be responsible for landing high-value partnerships with DAOs, funders, and decentralized organizations to fund important, high-impact work through Radius
  • Onboard new funders and other partners onto Radius and ensure that Radius can successfully meet their core needs
  • Be responsible for landing product partners and other collaboration opportunities to expand the value and offerings of the Radius platform
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product/engineering to land new collaboration opportunities
  • Develop effective business development strategies for workers that are earning their livelihood through the Radius platform
  • Collaborate with product/marketing to make sure that the messaging and positioning of Radius resonates with our core user groups
  • Collaborate with Radius leadership to help inform the growth and business model for the platform
  • Plan for future expansion of Radius into other markets, including web2 and beyond
  • Build and grow a high-functioning partnerships and business development team that can help Radius scale many orders of magnitude
