• Deeply analyze crypto and NFT projects with the goal of finding information about them and providing comprehensive, unbiased reports as well as informed personal interpretations about them.
• Monitor projects within the portfolio and report on news, partnerships, community sentiment, and holders.
• Monitor the market and report on key news, trends and takes of KOLs.
• Monitor narratives and trends to understand which ones are gaining mindshare.
• Finding early investment opportunities.
• Monitor alpha groups that we are part of.
• Build connections with relevant people within Discord servers to expand the company network.
• Actively participate in weekly meetings and meet set deadlines.
• Organize your work schedule independently and communicate proactively with the team.

• Proven experience in researching and investing in the Web3 space.
• Well developed pattern recognition and critical thinking skills.
• Curiosity, open mindedness and adaptability.
• Report Writing & Presentation Skills.
• Studies in related fields or training through courses or books on these topics are a plus.
