IOTA Foundation is hiring a Web3 Working Student Talent Acquisition (remote)
Compensation: $45k - $63k estimated

At the heart of the Foundation's mission is the Tangle, its open, feeless and highly scalable distributed ledger. Designed to support frictionless value and data transfer, the Tangle is a DLT infrastructure for Web3 applications and digital economies. Unlike blockchain alternatives, the Tangle allows transactions to be added in parallel; it also boasts low resource requirements, as well as zero-fee and fast transactions with finality within seconds. The IOTA token is the native currency on the IOTA network. It is used to transfer value and data and enable feeless micro-payments.
Mission:
As part of our recruiting team, we are looking for a working Student who provides key support for our day-to-day talent acquisition activities. You will support us with managing our various recruitment processes to ensure clear and timely communication across the respective teams, and take over responsibilities for other interesting HR projects that you would be part of.
Tasks
- Monitor the incoming candidate applications and coordinate the screening processes across various platforms
- Assist in the daily operational work of the talent acquisition team
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Participate in various recruitment and talent-related projects, as well as employer branding initiatives
- Respond to inquiries from incoming applicants
- Support in other projects of the People Team
Requirements
Your Expertise
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Having experience in working in a similar role, ideally in a dynamic startup environment is a plus
- Interest and willingness to learn the ins-and-outs of the entire talent acquisition life cycle
- Working proficiency in English
