Bank Partnership Manager

We are seeking a high-energy and innovative professional with a passion for building customer relationships. This role will build a strategy that serves its customers by better partnering with the financial ecosystem. The Bank Partnerships Manager position will become the primary face of Figure to the banks, and help coordinate a cross-functional team to build strong partnerships, deliver measurable value to the company and its financial institution partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Figure’s strategy to drive growth through product, channel, and network partnerships with financial institutions
  • Structure and lead complex strategic partnership negotiations and implementations with financial institutions. Support partnerships from idea to contract to execution to ongoing growth
  • Lead the go-to-market activities with banks and iterate over time to ensure the partnership is meeting the joint objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise and communicate with Senior Management
  • Develop insights into competitive/market intelligence

What We Look For

  • 5 to 7+ years experience in related fields, with expertise in banking or payments
  • Enterprise-level business development or relationship management experience
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker with ability to put complex ideas into clear frameworks
  • Deep understanding of new products/technologies in payments and banking
  • Experience using data to evaluate hypotheses and to communicate ideas
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute partnership opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Willing to dig in and learn and adapt quickly and comfortable with uncertainty
