Let’s go!Your mission As the Affiliate Marketing Associate for DACH, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Affiliate Account Managers in optimising a diverse portfolio of affiliates, with a focus on driving performance and revenue growth for Bitpanda. In this role, you will review all affiliate content in DACH ensuring it is kept up to date and aligned with our contractual agreements. Collaborating closely with the wider Partnerships team you will focus on improving all active affiliate campaigns and identifying new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Senior Affiliate Account Managers and affiliates to build strong relationships, assist with campaign management, and help optimise performance. You will ensure content is compliant with industry regulations and performing in line with Bitpanda’s expectations. You will also contribute to cross-market initiatives to grow affiliate campaigns across multiple regions while maintaining focus on the DACH market opportunities.What you will do

Assist in optimising affiliate partnerships to drive growth in the DACH market. Support the launch and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns tailored to local audiences in our core markets including DACH, FR & IT Help expand Bitpanda’s presence by utilising our automated tools to identify new affiliate opportunities across our core markets Monitor all live affiliate content to ensure it is aligned with our contractual agreements and analyse performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth Work with the DACH country, analytics, product, and creative teams to launch effective campaigns.

Who you are:

1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on both optimisation of existing campaigns as well as building news ones Fluent in both German and English is essential connect easily with stakeholders and partners; Proven track record in building sustainable revenue growth in affiliate and/or influencer marketing Detail oriented, you’ll notice when an affiliate has amended previously agreed content or site positioning Background in crypto using partnership platforms such as Impact Radius is a big plus What’s in it for you
